Verification: do it before you win, not after
Every casino that handles New Zealand money has to know who it is paying. Bizzo asks for two things: a government photo ID, and a proof of address dated within the last three months. A passport or a New Zealand driver licence covers the first. A power bill, a bank statement or a rates notice covers the second — a screenshot of your banking app usually does not, because it has no issue date on it.
The check itself takes 24 to 48 hours and it runs once. The problem is when it runs. If you upload the documents on the day you open the account, the check finishes long before you ever need it. A third document is occasionally requested if you deposited by card: a photo of the card with the middle digits covered, or a short bank statement showing the deposit.
